Women as Tech Leads – Tackling the Challenges

Women in the Data Platform are gaining ground: we continue to shrink the gender gap and make advancements to leadership positions in the world’s largest companies. But we still have work to do. Join us for the annual Women in Technology luncheon where we tackle the challenge of Women Leadership in 2023. This hour-long panel will ask how we can collectively elevate more data platform women to positions of leadership in our organizations and through our communities. We’ll tackle the challenges for women face when taking on leadership roles and offer practical advice for allies who are looking for more ways to uplift their friends and colleagues.
