Join Dell Technologies for a demo loaded session that explores some of the new SQL Server 2022 capabilities that we have tested and documented best practices for over the last year. These topics include:

• T-SQL Snapshot Backup support for freezing and thawing I/O
• Backup/restore with S3-compatible storage
• PolyBase access to external data in S3-compatible storage
• Containerized SQL w/ S3 (Certificate install and configuration)
• New T-SQL functionality demos (Data Definition Language)
• Creating Azure SQL Managed Instances on Azure Arc
