Soluto’s flagship product is called Anywhere experts, a platform for experts to support end user’s technical issues. A notable feature, known as the Canned Messages feature, was created to help the expert avoid typing in long messages and guides, by used prepared messages. We learned that experts still take too long to find messages in menu, and decided to use AI to automate and auto-suggest the message based on the context. However, with very little data, and what was available was very noisy, we succeeded to create a system of message recommendations.
