Data platforms require different levels of automation to make it easier to manage and develop your data solution. From deploying your infrastructure changes from dev, to test, to prod seamlessly, to deploying your data models or code for data engineering…this is where Azure DevOps can come to the rescue!

Azure DevOps provides several capabilities for hosting your repos, implementing build and deployment pipelines, as well as managing your work. In this session we’ll begin with an overview of Azure DevOps and then dive deeper into leveraging Repos and Pipelines specifically for your data platform needs. We’ll go through using triggers, building multi-stage pipelines, and leveraging tasks for implementing the logic you need. On the way we’ll walk through a few demos, from infrastructure to data, to help bring these concepts to life. After that, the sky’s the limit!
