PASS, the former Professional Association for SQL Server, no longer exists (and we're not trying to replace it), but PASS Summit has huge recognition within the data platform community, as well as a lot of good memories.
To build on that experience and legacy, and to affirm our commitment to the quality and breadth of content on offer, we've decided to keep PASS Summit as part of the name.
By adding 'Data Community', we're welcoming everyone who works with data to join in and connect, share and learn on a global scale.
2024 On-Demand Session access is available to purchase and watch until October 31, 2025. Find out more here.
2025 On-Demand Session access is available for non-attendees to purchase. This grants access to all session recordings until November 15, 2026 and will be released a few weeks after the conference ends. More information on how to purchase this access is coming soon.
The best way to stay up-to-date is to sign up to the PASS Summit mailing list, where you'll receive the latest announcements. PASS Summit content is informed by the insights we gather from our Community Insights Survey (2025's survey will be launching soon!), and sessions are tailored by a community-based committee to ensure the most relevant subjects and speakers are included each year.
We'll release more information on the program, speakers and keynotes later in the year.

PASS Summit On Tour is a series of smaller, in-person events taking place in New York, Dallas, and the Netherlands in 2025. These events are designed to bring the magic of Summit a bit closer to home. While the main summit in Seattle will be a large-scale event from November 17-21, 2025, the On Tour events will offer similar high-quality training and industry-leading experts, but on a smaller scale, from late August to early October.
Participants can look forward to engaging sessions, including comprehensive Deep Dive Sessions, General Sessions, and a Community Experts Clinic on a variety of topics. Additionally, the event offers excellent networking opportunities to connect with the vibrant data community, gain new professional contacts, and forge lasting friendships.
No, there will be no on-demand access to PASS Summit On Tour.
Community Events are completely run by the community, so we have no foresight as to the quantity in each region. However, we will be opening a call for Community Events in the summer and will host all of the information on our website.
The Deep Dive Pre-Con is day one of each event. This day will showcase eight lecture-style presentations, four in the morning and four in the afternoon. These sessions are designed to provide in-depth knowledge and comprehensive insights into specific topics, enabling attendees to immerse themselves deeply in the subject matter. Expert speakers will present detailed analyses, case studies, and practical applications to enhance learning and engagement. You can select which ones to attend closer to the event via the Attendee Portal.
The Community Experts Clinic is one of the most popular experiences from PASS Summit, so we’re bringing it On Tour! These are 1-2-1 sessions with industry experts that you can pre-register for via the Attendee Portal prior to the event. The Clinic offers a fantastic opportunity for attendees to connect with community experts for help with real-world challenges. Please note that we cannot accommodate walk-in meetings at the Clinic; all meetings must be scheduled.
