PASS Data Community Summit 2023 is the evolution of PASS Summit.
Building on the tradition and expertise of over two decades as the must-attend data conference, Summit focuses on new trends and innovation through connection, sharing, and learning opportunities, bringing data professionals together to celebrate personal and professional growth.
To continue focusing on the human connections that make Summit special, this year Summit will take place exclusively in person in Seattle, November 14-17. Attendees will hear from industry-leading experts, make connections to advance their careers, and discover cutting-edge products and services for a variety of database platforms.
PASS, the former Professional Association for SQL Server, no longer exists (and we're not trying to replace it), but PASS Summit has huge recognition within the data platform community, as well as a lot of good memories.
To build on that experience and legacy, and to affirm our commitment to the quality and breadth of content on offer, we've decided to keep PASS Summit as part of the name.
By adding 'Data Community', we're welcoming everyone who works with data to join in and connect, share and learn on a global scale.
The PASS organization ceased operations in January 2021 and Redgate acquired its assets.
Summit 2023 takes place in Arch at 705 Pike Street, in Seattle, November 14 – 17th, 2023.

This year's PASS Data Community Summit will be exclusively in person in Seattle. We're always looking to improve and evolve Summit for the data community, and last year's feedback from sponsors, speakers, and attendees made it clear what the community values most: the human connection only an in-person conference can bring.
An online conference made Summit more accessible during a time when many uncertainties made it hard for some folks to be physically present at the conference. However, we've learnt how challenging it is to create an equal experience for everyone while running simultaneous online and in-person events. Instead, on-demand recordings will be available for everyone after Summit. For those who didn't attend, these recordings will be available to purchase. All registered attendees will have access included until February 19, 2024.
In the coming months, we'll be looking at ways to make Summit more inclusive - the best way to stay up to date is sign up to regular emails and follow us on Twitter.
Summit 2023 officially takes place in Seattle from November 14-17 (Tuesday-Friday), with Pre-Cons happening on the 13-14 (Monday & Tuesday).
You'll hear from industry-leading experts, make connections that advance your career, and discover cutting-edge data platform solutions. Summit content is based on the data community inputs and tailored by a community-based committee to ensure the most relevant subjects and speakers are included each year.
