Have you ever been to a session or class where they ask for feedback? What do you do? Give feedback? Stay silent because you don’t know what to say? Is the feedback you give actionable?

In this talk, I will cover the reasons you should give feedback when given the chance and how to give feedback that is helpful. I will also cover being on the receiving end of feedback as well, since all feedback affects both the giver and receiver. After this session you will not look at feedback the same again.
