Securing AI for CPU-Based Applications
Brian Rogers
Intel collaborates with the ecosystem to strengthen data security in AI applications and Microsoft Copilot plug-ins, ensuring sensitive information remains protected. Intel offers hardware features that secure and optimize AI performance across workloads, including Secure Guard Extensions (SGX) and Trust Domain Extensions (TDX). SGX creates secure enclaves, protecting sensitive data even from privileged software, while TDX isolates virtual machines for enhanced security. Additionally, Intel’s Advanced Matrix Extensions (AMX) enable secure AI operations on private data, ensuring data privacy.
