Here is everything you need to know about attending PASS Summit 2025! 

PASS Summit 2025 will take place at  Summit Building, Seattle Convention Center (900 Pine Street, Seattle, WA). Find out more about parking and travel information here. 

The main pedestrian entrance is on the corner of 9th Avenue and Pine Street. Click here for directions. 

Available Facilities 

• Registration and Coat Check is located on Level 1 

• Quiet Rooms are located on Levels 3 and 4 

• A Nursing Room is located on Level 4 

• A Prayer Room is located on Level 4 

• First Aid is located on Level 2 

• Luggage Storage is only available on Friday, November 21, on Level 1 

• The Information Desk is located on Level 3, Garden Lounge 

Badge Pick Up and Registration Desk 
Please always wear your badge at PASS Summit 2025. You should allow plenty of time to pick up your badge on the first day of arrival before attending any events or sessions, and remember to bring it with you each day.
 
Please go to the Registration Desk on Level 1 to pick up. Check the Schedule at a Glance to see when the Registration Desk is open daily. 

Lost & Found
If you misplace an item during the event, here’s what to do:

Same-Day Loss:
Stop by the Registration Desk first. Items found during the day will be held there until the end of the event day.

After the Event Day:
At the close of each day, all unclaimed items are transferred to Security. We do not keep items at the Registration Desk overnight.

Refreshments 
While breakfast is not provided in the Dinning Hall, there are a range of sponsor breakfasts offering a warm breakfast each day (limited availability). Coffee breaks and lunch are provided during the day, and light refreshments are provided during the Exhibitor Reception.

• One breakfast concession cart will be available during the week located in Capitol Hill Lounge, Level 3. 

• Refreshment breaks are provided throughout the conference. View the Schedule at a Glance to see when breaks take place. 

• Lunch will be served all week in the Dining Hall, Level 2, Flex C. 

• Dessert will be served November 19-21 in the Exhibit Hall, Level 2, Flex AB, shortly after lunch. 

• Drinks and light bites are provided during the Exhibitor Reception on Wednesday evening. 

How To Schedule Sessions
Start planning your PASS Summit week! Have a look at the Session Catalog and click “Add to Schedule” on sessions of interest. Then view your Agenda here. Click the Download button to sync with your personal calendar.

PASS Summit prides itself on being a welcoming community for all. All participants are expected to honor the Code of Conduct, please remind yourself of this policy prior to attending PASS Summit. 

Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our priority. Information on general health at safety at this year’s event is available here. 

If you feel unwell on-site, please go to First Aid on Level 2. If you’re unwell at your hotel, or in another location, please act responsibly and seek help wherever you are. 

If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending the conference in person. On-Demand Access will be available following the event, so you can still engage with the content while prioritizing your health and recovery.
