A data warehouse is a method for providing a single source of truth, but there may be issues with relying on just one model as it may not meet the needs of all users or all data types. Perhaps a data lakehouse would be a better solution given the needs of people in your environment.

In this session we will explore how to build a data environment which provides flexibility to different groups of users and examples of how to implement different types of technology to provide a broader set of solutions using Azure Synapse and data lakes. Learn how to leverage Azure Synapse Analytics to help manage and organize your data lake into a data lakehouse. Learn when the traditional data warehouse is still the best solution and how to use the data lake to quickly load massive amounts of data.

This session will include several walkthroughs of different data uses and the warehousing environment best suited for each.
