Increasing Speaker Pool Diversity – A Panel Discussion

Improving Diversity, Equity and inclusion in our community is more important than ever and something that will take, not only effort, but also fresh ideas. To organize a conference with a diverse lineup of speakers we first need to increase the diversity available within the submitted session pool.

Our discussion will focus on how we, as a community, can work together to cultivate and encourage a more diverse pool of speakers. The goal is to talk over solutions and come up with ideas. We’ll leverage panelists’ experiences and ideas to work towards actions that we can all take away and start implementing.
