We’re excited to open the Call for Program Committee Volunteers for all three of our in-person events taking place this year: 

• PASS Summit East
  Chicago | May 7–8, 2026  

• PASS Summit Europe
  Frankfurt | June 10–11, 2026  

• PASS Summit West
  Seattle | November 9–11, 2026 

The Program Committee forms an essential role in helping to curate high-quality, community-driven content at these events. So, if you’re passionate about shaping the learning experience for thousands of data professionals, we invite you to apply! 

What will the Program Committee do? 

In a slight change to previous years, we’ll form one dedicated review team to work across all events.  

Program Committee volunteers will support four key areas: 

1. Abstract Review

Evaluate session submissions across all tracks, ensuring quality, clarity, and relevance.  

2. PowerPoint Presentation Review

Provide feedback and review slide decks for session accuracy, accessibility, and readiness.  

3. On-Site Support (Optional, if attending)

Assist with speaker coordination, session timing, Q&A facilitation, and on-site logistics. 

4. Special Projects Team (Cross-Event Role) 

Provide final review and recommendations across all three PASS Summit events.

What We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for 20 volunteers in total, we welcome applications from those who are:

• Knowledgeable in one or more PASS Summit tracks. 

• Can commit to the review timelines detailed below. 

• Are detail oriented and comfortable evaluating abstracts and content.

• Enjoy supporting speakers and shaping community learning.

• Phase II Review (ALL): March 31 – April 2
• Phase IV Review (Special Projects): April 9
• PowerPoint Review (ALL): April 28 – May 6

PASS Summit Europe (Frankfurt):

• Phase II Review (ALL): April 7 – April 13
• Phase IV Review (Special Projects): April 16
• PowerPoint Review (ALL): May 12 – June 5

PASS Summit West (Seattle):

• Phase I Review (Review Team): April 9 – May 6
• Phase II Review (Team Leads): April 7 – 13
• Phase IV Review (Special Projects): June 1 – 10
• PowerPoint Review (ALL): October 13 – 30
