This year’s panel, Got your Back: Finding Allies to Fight Obstacles, will address topics that include:

  • Typical obstacles that women encounter in the workplace.
  • The definition of an ally – who can help fight some of these obstacles?
  • How to be an ally to other women fighting some of these obstacles.
  • How everyone can be better allies.

The goal of this luncheon is to discover typical obstacles that women encounter in the workplace and who can help to overcome these obstacles – as well as how everyone can be a better ally.
