What’s the difference between the Postgres content at the PASS conference, and the Postgres content at the Postgres Conference Seattle?

Content for PASS Summit and Postgres Conference Seattle will be organized entirely separately through their respective CFS, which is open now and closes on Monday, September 30 2024. Postgres Conference Seattle conference has three tracks; Dev, Ops, and Essentials. The schedule will be announced soon and you’ll find that on their website coming soon.
